Do you take cake orders via email?

50% deposit is to secure your cake order and is not refundable unless we are notified 72 hours before the due date. For decorations like cake tops or figurines that has to be done in fondant or gum paste and needs time to dry then you need to let us know a week before the due date otherwise it’s not refundable as well.
The best way to order is through email and send us a picture of what you have in mind.
We would need at least 2-3 weeks in advance notice for custom made cakes.
How far in advance should I place a birthday cake order?
Please allow at least 2 weeks advance notice.
How far ahead should I make my wedding cake appointment?
We suggest you call to book your appointment about 2 months before your wedding.
Do you offer cake tastings?
We offer cake tastings for tiered or wedding cakes for a small fee. Should we have the pleasure of creating your special cake, the fee will then be applied towards your order.
What is the price range for specialty and wedding cakes?
The more elaborate, intricate, and time consuming the cake is, the higher the cost will be. We suggest that you come in for a consultation to get an estimate.
Can you print pictures onto a cake?
Yes, we do offer edible image. We are able to print your image onto a cake, cupcake or cookie. Please send us an image via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org , with at least 100 dpi for best results.
Are you able to edit the pictures?
Our edible image program has very limited editing functions. We are only able to zoom in. We do not have the capability to remove things in your picture. Please send us a picture of exactly what you would like to be printed.
Do you deliver?
We are able to deliver wedding cakes throughout the peninsula for a fee. The fee will be dependent on the distance of your venue from the bakery.
Where are you located?
Our address is 705 Bermuda Drive, San Mateo, CA 94403, which is in the Fiesta Gardens Shopping Center. We are just around the corner from the YMCA and Trader Joe’s.
